Legal Basis for Data Processing and Data Disclosure
Our web system carries out its data processing activities—by implementing appropriate internal rules and technical and organizational measures—in full compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: “Regulation” or “GDPR”), as well as with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter: “Infotv.”).
Data Processing
Data processing is carried out based on the voluntary, informed, and explicit consent of users registered on the website.
Categories of data processed:
-
The email address voluntarily provided by the user;
-
The telephone number voluntarily provided by the user;
-
The name provided by the user.
During use of the service, the system records the user’s IP address, the start and end time of the visit, and, in certain cases—depending on the user’s computer settings—the type of browser and operating system. These data are automatically logged by the system.
Data contained in log files are not linked to other data. The above data are accessible exclusively to the Service Provider.
Purpose of Data Processing
In the case of data that must be provided by the user, the purpose of processing is to identify the user’s authorization (e.g., enabling document downloads, providing public-interest or personalized information).
In the case of data recorded in log files during use of the service, storage serves exclusively technical and statistical purposes.
An anonymous visitor identifier (cookie) is a string of characters that, in itself, is not capable of identifying the customer or visitor, but is only suitable for recognizing the visitor’s device.
Users may configure their browser to prevent the placement of such unique identifiers on their device. In this case, users may continue to use most parts of the service; however, certain functions may not be fully available.
The data controller does not use personal data for purposes other than those specified. Personal data are transferred to third parties only with the user’s prior and informed consent. This does not apply to data transfers that are mandatory by law.
Duration of Data Processing
In the case of mandatory data provided by the user, processing continues as long as the user remains a member of the community.
At the user’s voluntary request, the Service Provider deletes the data within 5 working days of receiving the deletion request.
If a user unlawfully or misleadingly uses personal data, or commits a criminal offense, the Service Provider may, in accordance with the Terms of Use, delete the registration and all related personal data immediately upon becoming aware of such conduct.
Under the conditions specified in the Terms of Use, the Service Provider may temporarily restrict a user’s access to the service. In such cases, data deletion does not occur.
Deletion of Personal Data
Once deleted, displayed data cannot be restored.
Data Disclosure
There is no data disclosure, except to registered customers, who may access their stored data and information regarding their purchased products.
Data Security Measures
We ensure the protection of personal data at a high level of security on a server installed on 01.01.2018, protected by 24-hour security monitoring and constant supervision, with encrypted data transmission (https).
Amendment of the Privacy Policy
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy with prior notice to users. By continuing to use the service after the amendments enter into force, you accept the modified Privacy Policy.
Users’ Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
Users may request information about the processing of their personal data.
Upon request, the data controller shall provide information regarding the data processed, the purpose, legal basis and duration of processing, the name and address (registered office) of the data controller, its activities related to data processing, and the recipients and purpose of any data transfers.
Legal Remedies
Users may enforce their rights before a court in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and the Hungarian Civil Code.
Users may also request assistance from the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
